Our new Sergeant-at-Arms, Keith Baglin, is making his presence felt and seems quite at home during the "fines" session.
The members have been warned that he will be brandishing a "dagger" instead of the ceremonial sword that he is allowed to carry.
This "dagger" will be used during meetings to point at any miscreants who will consider themselves duly fined.
The new serg has defined a miscreant as a villainous depraved misbehaving infidel and scoundrel.
I can't see any members escaping the "point of the dagger !"
