The Coolart Jazz Festival 2009- Balnarring Community Market

The Rotary Club of Hastings Western Port is noted for it's service to the community, the club have successfully ran the Mornington Peninsula's favourite Jazz festival in January with celebrated Jazz musicans from around the country. Visitors from all over Victoria and Australia are regular attenders at this family friendly Jazz festival which is held in the grounds of the historic Coolart Homestead at Somers.
More recently the Rotary club has taken over the running of the Balnarring Community Market (formerly known as the "Emu Plains Craft Market") The expertise and marketing within the club have made this monthly craft market one of the best on the Mornington Peninsula & Victoria attracting over 200 stall holders offering a variety of goods for sale.
