Field excursions will be cancelled on days of TOTAL
FIRE BANS in the proposed excursion areas.

Bellbird Picnic Area, Yarra Bend, (Melways 2D K2),
BBQ facilities available or picnic tea, mealtime 6.00pm, meeting to follow.
NOTE: Bats will be on the move at about 20 minutes before sunset.
Sunset is anticipated around 8.10pm.
17th November (Saturday) EXCURSION:
Batemans Reserve
Bateman St, Wantirna. 1.30pm to 4.00pm. (Melways 63 F4).

Mt. Worth State Park
Travel east along the Princes Highway through Warragul to Darnum.
Turn right (south), take the Allambee Road and the Allambee Estate Road
and follow signs to the Park (12 km). Meet in the car-park for the
Moonlight Creek Picnic Area (entrance on east side of park) at 10:30 am.
