Plan submitted by Warden Dowling in support of his claim for compensation for being removed from the house. His notes are shown in the margins, along with his signature. The date 18 February 1868 appears in the annotation. Planting plan produced by George Perrin, Conservator of Forests, in 1888. The original is in the possession of the Creswick Historical Museum. This plan was never fully implemented, while other additions (such as a fernery) were made.
