1860 and photo-lithographed by J. W. Osbourne at the Department of Lands & Survey, Melbourne 9 Jan 1861. Hand amendments show locations of buildings
around the house. The house and "triangle" area is annotated as
"Proposed Police Reserve ( ? text unclear)", whereas the NE end
is annotated as "Proposed Municipal ( ? text unclear) Reserve for Bot.
