Park Lake Botanic Gardens

The gardens are open all year round, 24 hours per day. There are public toilets opposite the tennis club and near the corner of Bridge Street and the Midland Highway, which are open all hours. Wood-fired barbecue facilities are located near the rotunda (wood is usually available). At the northern-estern end of the park there is the remains of a BMX track. The centre of the park is taken up by a tennis club with 29 courts, which can be booked.
