BOB GLINDEMANN - President 2003-2004
Bob joined the Rotary Club of Melbourne in 1993 but has been a Rotarian since 1974. He was a member and Past President of Darwin, Brisbane Metropolitan, Adelaide, French's Forest and Sydney prior to joining The Rotary Club of Melbourne.
These memberships were as a result of a number of transfers around Australia with The Shell Company of Australia Limited in a number of marketing roles. He retired from Shell as Managing Director Commercial in 2001 and is now the principal of PRO:NED Vic Pty Ltd.
He has served in many roles in the various clubs and in Melbourne as Chairman of Shell Livewire for Victoria, and on the East Timor Committee.
Bob is married to Heather and has two adult children.
He is a keen motor spot follower and is a Director of The Confederation of Australian Motor Sport, a keen gardener and avid theatre goer and supports the Carlton Football Club.
