The Swedish magazine "Heavy" published a wonderful 4 page spread on Big Lizzie in their current magazine. Thanks Kenneth!

I am currently researching and writing a biography of the Australian-born actress Olga Brandon.
I currently have some information that she was born Oliga Lazzarevich in Red Cliffs in 1864 or 1865. Not long after, she settled in Geelong with her family.
I have two questions at this stage:
1) What would bring a family to live in Red Cliffs if the mid 1860s, given that European settlement didn't really commence until the early 20th century?
2) Does anyone have any knowledge of the Lazzarevich family? Olga's parents were Spiro (aka Spero) and Victoria.
I would be most grateful for any assistance.

  To whom it may concern,
Im wondering if you can help. My grandfather's name was Alan Brown he is
buried at Fawkner cemetery. Years ago, however we used to go and visit my
great uncle Sid (apparently a half or step brother of my grandfather). Uncle
Sids farm was in the Red Cliffs Carwarp area. It was very large - quite a few
thousand acres. Sid passed away in either the late 70s or early 80s. Im
assuming his surname was also Brown. Great Aunt Dorothy a sister lived in one
of the towns nearby -either carwarp or red cliffs for quite a while. Great
aunt Grace, another sister lived in the macedon area. There is also a Romsey
connection. Anyway Im trying to find where Sid was buried. I wondered if you
knew if he was buried in one of the local cemeteries in either Carwarp,
Redcliffs or Ouyen.

Thankyou for your consideration
