The following five photographs came unexpectantly in the mail the other day from Wayne Hardwick. It was such a great surprise that I thought that I should upload them onto the website. The pictures are from Saigon in 1972 between January and April prior to me arriving and are taken at the Free World Building.

Below is the WO2 Tech in polyester trousers without a shirt - I don't know the others.

Below - Two ladies from the nearby Backgammon Society and Ludo Playing Club!

Below - A "Rupert" yarning (as they do) with a couple of the lads - Mick Hills is wearing the black glasses

Below - The WO2 Tech from above in the back of a Yank Gun Jeep - Free world building at rear

Below -

This a photo of SSGT Denis Tudor US Army Signals from Long Binh Mick Hill & Wayne Hardwick used to visit him via unscheduled yank chopper flights from Ton San Nuht on our days off.

This one was taken in the Washington Bar in Saigon when he came down for a visit (it was supposed to be for one day only) down in the AM return PM. Mick and I changed his travel orders with the typewriter in the back room giving him an extra day in town.
