OFFPEAK:
Weekly rate: $950
Nightly rate:* $195 (minimum 2 nights**)
* 2 people ($30 per night per extra person.)
** Long weekends have a minimum of 3 nights.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
Phone and email bookings require a 50% deposit, which is to be received within 7 days of booking. This deposit confirms your accommodation request at Ramsgate House.
The balance is due on collection of keys at the beginning of your stay.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of your stay incur a loss of deposit if unable to re-book the accommodation. Bookings cancelled outside of this period incur a $30 administration fee.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Weekend Rental:
4pm Friday until 4pm Sunday or Monday.
Weekly Rental:
2pm Saturday until 10am the following Saturday.
