History of Rajasthani Kutumb Rajasthani Kutumb of Victoria was formed in 2001 by 7 Rajasthani families. The main focus was to celebrate Rajastahni Festivals, Teej and Gangaur specifically, in Australia in traditional Rajasthani manner. The Kutumb was incorporated in 2003. All six paid life members at that time became the founder members of the organisation. They were: Jawale, Goyal, Manihar, Panwar, Sharma and Soni families The following office bearers were elected unanimously in the AGM held in October 2003:
The second AGM was held after the incorporation in April 2005. The following office bearers were elected unanimously:
The third AGM was held in April 2006. The following office bearers were elected unanimously:
The AGM for year 2007 was held on April 22 at the Ashburton Library Hall. The following office bearers were elected unanimously:
The AGM for year 2008 was held on May 11 at the Ashburton Library Hall. The following office bearers were elected unanimously:
However both committee members resigned soon after due to personal reasons and the following new members were elected by the committee:
