I am Welsh born and I have lived half my life in Wales and half in Australia so I reckon that makes me a "Welshstralian". For my biography, I must tell you of my first love. I am a second tenor and sing with the Victorian Welsh Male Choir which I reluctantly joined 20 years ago.

I have been a proud member of the Peninsula Woodturners Guild
for about 8 years and it is where I have learnt all I know about
Woodturning and I still have a long way to go.
My favorite woods are the fruit woods and my favorite projects
are anything that is a bit out of the ordinary. See my "Cor bach".
This is Welsh for a small choir and is an offshoot of the main
choir.

This lidded container had a design change. The bottom sort of fell out and so I created a lid and base. The bowl is in Huon pine and the lid and base in Sheoak with friction polish finish. |
