When do we meet?
General meetings of members are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month except December. (The December meeting usually takes the form of a Christmas luncheon and is brought forward a week or more.) There is always fellowship before the meetings, but the meetings commence at 10.30 am. and run until 12.30 pm. Typically they start off with about a half hour devoted to Club business, then a half hour for morning tea. Then follows up to an hour to take in a presentation from a guest speaker or other person of particular interest. Although not an official part of the Club's activities, the majority of members at each meeting like to gather for lunch, which is usually enjoyed in the bistro at the Flemington Racecourse.
