a zip drive:is for when you need more external space than just a floppy disk.A zip drive is made to fit 100 megabytes (100M) on a disk the same size as a floppy disk (which stores about 1.44 M). A zip drive usually plugs into the back of your computer (it's external). |
modem:to connect to the internet, you need a modem to send and receive digital information along the telephone line.Some modems are internal (inside your computer box) and some are external (plug into the back). Modems come in different speeds: 14, 28, 33, or 56 kbps (kilobytes per second). |
trackball:if you don't like a traditional mouse, you can try a trackball instead. |
