A program of the Victorian AIDS Council, HALC offers free legal advice and referral to people living with HIV/AIDS, their partners, carers, family and close friends, providing the legal problem relates specifically to HIV/AIDS arising from superannuation, discrimination, immigration, family, criminal and employment issues. Assistance is also given with wills and powers of attorney, enduring and otherwise.
Consultations held every Wednesday evening, between 7 and 9pm.
