The Borough - Then and Now
The Port Melbourne Historical and Preservation Society will present a Then and Now photographic display in the Foyer Gallery at Gasworks. Images of changes to Port Melbourne from the 19th to the 21st centuries feature in this presentation. It's one of several exhibitions designed to complement February performances of The Borough - A play by Sean Barker and the people of Port Melbourne as, together with the Port Melbourne Football Club, Port Melbourne Primary and other community entities, the Society plans a theatre foyer filled with Port Melbourne nostalgia. Performances of The Borough will be at Gasworks Theatre 16th-25th February with a preview on Wedneday 15th. |
