"You are what you eat" a saying you may have heard many times.

It is true, the better the diet the better your health is. The aid of Nutrition to assist our bodies to get stronger and healthier is essential. We can use supplements to assist this process however the best way is through our foods.

We should eat a wide variety of quality natural foods. Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Whole Grains, Proteins and clean meats. There can be some direct links to our ill health from the lack of certain foods in our diets or an abundance of the bad foods.

What are the Bad foods?
White sugar, bleached white flour.....highly processed foods....fried foods... and the same foods repeated too often. Not Enough variety.
Sugar loaded drinks like Cokes, Excessiveness!
