Maintenance After Treatment

There are number of things you can do to maximize the benefit and speed of recovery after Paul's Treatment. It can take a few days for the treatment to clear residual inflammation. For those who feel inflammation within 24 hours of treatment can do a number of things to assist the speed of recovery.

  1. A hot bath with 250-500gms of Epson Salts also A few drops of Lavender oil, soak for a half hour. Get into Bed after your bath and rest for about an hour. This can withdraw inflammation and be very effective.
  2. You can also use a few drops of peppermint oil massaged gently into the inflamed area. This should feel warm, and can ease the aches. Or other rubeficants eg. Tiger Balm, Deep heat, others.(not immediately after a bath)
  3. A hot water bottle keeping an Epsom salt compress warm directly on inflamed area.
  4. Taking specific minerals frequently to accelerate the muscles to relax and release the inflammation. Also may be helpful for long term improvement. See Julia Cadwallader Natural Therapist

For many people who are healthy and active, one or two treatments may be all they need to clear tension in muscles, and balance the muscular system of the body.

For others they may need to develop good habits with specific exercises to suit them. Certain jobs or postural habits develop conditions that can be controlled by DOING certain exercises. Joining a Yoga or a Tai Chi class or other types of exercise regimes.

For some people just becoming more physically active can strengthen their muscles and reduce their aches and pains.

Paul teaches exercises that each person can take home with them to manage and improve their condition.

Some people will need to look at their diet and lifestyle, also stresses and stress management to improve their outcomes long term.
