  4. AREAS of interest, breaking the site up into pages and internal links to information that can be indexed with appropriate navigation.
  5. Graphic work can be the most expensive area, but some simple graphics can be made for such as logos, animated gifs, or other.
  6. Other areas depending on type of business and requirements.
