Members of the Group meet at 10 a.m. on the first Sunday of the month at the Rotunda, near Coburn Creek on the McCrae foreshore. This takes the form of a working bee for weed control and re-vegetation with native species, followed by a BYO lunch and an exchange of information. 

A quarterly newsletter is forwarded to all members. 

The Annual General Meeting is held during the month of November at the McCrae Homestead, Beverley Road, McCrae.
