The Puffing Billy Toy Library is a library, just like a traditional book library, but TOYS are borrowed. We have been offering great toys for almost 30 years and now our collection offers almost 800 toys for borrowing to its members.

We have a Party Pack of fun toys available for hire for members for children’s parties.

Each year we host a massive toy sale where anyone can either sell their excess second-hand toys and or pick up an excellent bargain.
