Three stories have recently hit the news in Australia:

Meaning: a sweet mixture of flour, eggs, butter etc; Example: Cake is an eatable stuff on birthdays. Card, noun. Meaning: A folded piece of stiff paper with a picture as used for various purposes Example: We send cards on birthdays and Christmas Catherine, noun. Example: Name of a woman Consistency: noun. Consist: verb. Example: Your work lacks consistency. Sometimes it's excellent but at other times it's full of mistake. Crop: noun, a yearly produce of grain, fruit eg. Farmers plant crops in the fields. Dysfunctional, adjective; Meaning: not working; Example: The bakery was dysfunctional. Embodies: plural Embody: verb Example: show good example of embody Evacuated: verb; Meaning: moved to a safe place; Example: The people were evacuated to another house. Foul: Part of speech: Adjective Meaning: bad. Example: If you go to The North Pole, you find foul weather over there. Hannah Treadwell, Noun Example: Child's Name. Herald sun, noun. Meaning: News Paper Example: We read many things from the paper. Horrendous: adjective; Meaning: very unpleasant; Example: It was an horrendous experience for the residents. Illegal (adjective) Meaning: unlawful; Example: It is illegal to bring in drugs into the country. Impoverish, verb. Meaning: to cause (a person) to become poor. Example: Poker machines can impoverish people. Kerosene, noun. Meaning: an oil used in lamps. Example: I have bought a gallon of kerosene from the shop. Leap year, noun. Example: A leap year comes after every four year. Lipstick, noun. Meaning: cosmetic material for colouring the lips. Example: The thing women always use for lips. Example : Hospital Name. Pluck: verb. Meaning: pluck somebody to take hold of and pull something eg. If children are drowning in the pool, rescuers pluck them from water. Procession, noun; Meaning: people moving in a line. Example: A procession of animals went around the ring in the circus Proprietor, noun. Meaning: an owner. Refugee: noun; Meaning: a person forced to leave his house or country because of danger from war or flood. Revamp, verb. Meaning: rework, amend, overhaul, redraft, revise, reconsider, correct, edit, and work out. Example: I prefer more dustbins to keep the place clean and improve the environment it keeps us healthy.
