Feeling good
There are substantial personal benefits in being part of Outer East: the feeling of directly helping someone, learning new skills, sharing ideas, making things happen, being part of a team and meeting people with a similar outlook.
Volunteers set their own level of involvement which can range from a few hours a month to multiple responsibilities requiring an extensive commitment.
