Clinical Neurophysiology on the Internet is a relatively new site that already boasts an impressive collection of links and information. It is arguably the most relevant site for people working in clinical neurophysiology.
Neurosciences on the Internet is the penultimate collection of indexes of neuroscience resources available on the Internet: Neurobiology, neurology, neurosurgery, psychiatry, psychology, cognitive science sites and information on human neurological diseases.

Most larger neurophysiology equipment manufactures now have their own Web sites. These can be useful for keeping track of what equipment is available, or when upgrades are released. Some manufacturers even have online Technical Support including Operating and Technical manuals and software upgrades.

Newsgroups
An Internet Newsgroups specifically for Clinical Neurophysiology does not appear to exist, but there probably should be one.
