Board of Management Jacinta Lithgow, Chairperson Executive Officer, Good Shepherd Social Justice Network Jacinta has a background in community development youth work and recreation management and is currently the Executive Officer of the Good Shepherd Social Justice Network which is committed to 'action for justice'. Qualifications: Masters of Business (Organisation Change) Grad dip org change and development BApp Sc (Human Movement) "Good Shepherd is a place where is it is possible to help translate hopes and visions into real actions. The difference the Agency makes to so many people, is something I am proud to be involved with."
Liz McAloon, Secretary Consultant Liz lives in Northcote and in partnership with husband Andrew runs a human resource management consultancy. Her background is in education, arts, recreation and community project work. Qualifications: Diploma of Teaching Graduate Diploma in Recreation "I consider my involvement with the board both a privelege and a great responsibility. I have never worked with a more authentic organisation in my life and I hope we can continue to achieve great things so that many more people can be helped each day."
Pat Fleming, Treasurer Finance Manager, Sisters of the Good Shepherd Pat is also a member of the Good Shepherd Aged Services Board. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (FCA), Chartered Secretary (ACIS) "I beieve in the work of Good Shepherd Youth and Family Service and am glad to be able to use my financial skills in assisting the organisation."
Sr Anne Dalton Good Shepherd Sister Anne lives and works in St Kilda and her main work is writing a history of the Good Shepherd Sisters in Australia and New Zealand. Qualifications: BA Dip Social Studies (Melbourne University B Litt Honours (Deakin) "Good Shepherd Youth and Family Service is a creative, energetic organisation working to bring about equality and justice in our community. I am please to be a contributor through Board membership."
Michael Sneddon Lawyer, Blake Dawson Waldron Michael Sneddon has practiced as a Lawyer for the past 14 years, and is currently Special Counsel at national law firm, Blake Dawson Waldron. Michael has acted for the Sisters of the Good Shepherd for over 10 years and has been a member of the Board for the past three years, where he has combined his legal and commercial skills in assisting the Agency. Michael has also acted for a number of other Orders and served on the Boards of other welfare organisations.

Mike Meaney Private Business Consultant Mike is a consultant who has a background in business management. Mike is also a Victech Board Member (Victech is a group training company in the electrical and communications industry).

Br Peter Dowling Christian Brother Peter is a member of St Patrick's Province Leadership Team (Victoria, Tasmania, Fiji, East Africa). He has a background in education (teacher, principal), welfare (director of adolescent and family services agency) and in congregation leadership.
