Policy

- As some courses have limited places or are very popular, preference will be given as follows:

(A) Tutors and Committee
(B) Other Volunteers
(C) First come first served

When a course is full, a waiting list will be made.

- Please inform us if you are unable to attend or wish to withdraw from classes so that places can be given to those on the waiting lists.

-You are welcome to join a group at any time if numbers permit but you must enroll in one of the following ways. You cannot enroll at the tutorial.

Come to our end of Term 4 open day on Wednesday 14th December between 1-00pm and 3-00pm.

If you miss this official enrolment day prior to the beginning of the term, you are still very welcome to join us in a course if there is a vacancy.
