Region 3 Divison 5 consists of 4 local government areas, namely the Swan Hill Rural City Council, Buloke Shire, Mildura Rural City Council and Gannawarra Shire which lie to the north west of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This division borders South Australia and New South Wales.
