Region 2 Divison 5 is made up of 6 local government areas, namely the Colac Otway Shire, Corangamite Shire, South Grampians Shire, Warrnambool City Council, Moyne Shire and Glenelg Shire which lie to the west of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
