Vision Statement
The Northern Metropolitan Multicultural Seniors Clubs Network aspires to be recognised as the peak organisation representing senior citizens from culturally and linguistically diverse communities in the northern Metropolitan region.

Mission Statement
To evolve a cohesive action plan that addresses the common needs and goals of participating network members and communities that they represent.

The Network Goals
-To promote multicultural values, access and equity principles and co-operation between community groups.
-Contribute to the development of policies that determine the provision of government services at all levels to senior citizens of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
-Assist in the review of services where they relate to senior citizens of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
-Advise the Northern Metropolitan Councils and other relevant mainstream organisations on the needs of CALD background senior citizens in relation to services in their communities.
-Assist CALD senior citizen's groups in supporting their own communities.

Network Objectives
-To research and improve the accessibility of mainstream services to the CALD senior citizen's population in the Northern Metropolitan region.
-To discuss, develop, research and implement programs, projects and strategies.
-To develop relevant funding submissions which address their needs.
-To act as an information forum for issues of common concern that relate to CALD older people, younger people with disabilities and their carers.
-To organise social/cultural recreational/educational activities and functions for CALD older people in the Northern Metropolitan region.
-To provide social support to network members and their communities through information dissemination, education, program-oriented sessions and advocacy.
