Experience in the course of this project indicates that the
Maintenance Process, used to obtain the Outcomes of the project,
is capable of bringing together the necessarily high level of
technical, educational and policy expertise and of securing
agreement across the States/Territories on a large number of
issues. It is therefore appropriate to confirm the Maintenance
Process described in the 1997 Report.
