This site was designed and created in November 2008. New pages are created and old ones updated on a regular basis as new information becomes available. At the design stage of this site I gave priority consideration to the average computer and internet system in Afghanistan, which has 800 x 600 screen resolution and very limited capacity for active and elaborate graphics.
