Note from (new ) president!!
Another AGM has come and gone and there have been some changes on the committee. A big thankyou to those who took the time to attend, support the club and become involved.
The new committee is listed on page 10 of this newsletter.
The members of Macedon Ranges Dressage Club would like to thank those who have stepped down from positions within the committee.
Karan Grieve.
Karen has been our president for the past 2 years and done an amazing job of keeping meetings short and sweet. Thank you very much for all your efforts and we are very happy you have stayed on as a Committee Associate.
Jennifer Holmes
For many years, Jennifer has been our rally coordinator. She has provided us with consistently high quality instructors, organised ride times and instructor lunches. We are all privileged to have had the opportunity to ride under the instructors Jennifer engaged.

Karen Thornton
Thank you Karen for taking on the job of Secretary even though you were unwell. The job was always taken care of but we missed your company at many meetings.
Thank you for staying on as a Committee Associate and we all hope to see lots of you next year.
Karah Grieve
Minutes Secretary Extraordinaire. Karah has an amazing ability to write and eat at the same time. Thank you very much for your time and effort in delivering accurate and pasta free minutes.
Lee Howells
Lee has been in the position of Vice President for 2 years. Thank you for filling that role. Lee is staying on as a Committee Associate.
Lee will continue to be our Event Coordinator. For this we are eternally grateful.

Congratulations to our Treasurer, Ric Howells, on his election to the National Board. Ric has been a board member for several years and we are lucky to have club representation at this level.
Thank you to all these people and to those who have put their hands up to do what needs to be done to keep our club running, at the same high standards, into the future.

Please note that a rider/horse combination can only win once in a three year cycle. However a rider may still enter the competition on another horse. Send your results to Karah either by email or snail mail on the form.


New Rules
Effective 1st July 2010

Uniform: The new uniform rules state that the rider’s Club logo or name must be displayed on rider’s upper body garment and/or saddle blanket.
