MONTHLY MEETING This months club meeting was held at The Macedon Family Hotel and was well
attended by club and committee members.

An item for discussion at the recent meeting was setting fees for the new year. There has been an increase in the HRCAV levy and insurance which will necessitate a small rise in fees. The following fees were approved for the 2009-2010 year: Riding Member: $120 Non-riding: $60 Dual member: $50 Please complete the membership form and return along with your cheque and membership card to Karen Thornton . Alternatively payment can be made by EFT – see Oct. Newsletter. Note that if you are intending to compete, your membership needs to be paid and your card stamped before you can ride at any competitions in November. It’s Party Time Christmas is just around the corner and plans are being made for the December Rally. At this stage we will have a rally with Chris Sievers on December 19 followed by a party upstairs at the Victoria Hotel in Woodend. Start time 7.00pm. RSVP to Karan Grieve on 54281966. More details to be sent out soon but put the date in your diary NOW before something else comes along.
