Membership is open to any interested user of the program.

Members receive the following services for their annual membership fee:

• Free monthly training sessions and lectures on eg. Basic and Advanced PAF, Family Search and PAF "Match and Merge".
  

• A newsletter issued on a quarterly basis. The newsletter contains articles on PAF, PAF Utilities, articles of general interest and news of recent releases of software that is used in conjunction with PAF.
  

• Computer expertise on DOS, Windows 95+ from members of the Group in addition to expertise and support on PAF and PAF Utilities.
  

• In using the Family History Centre at Blackburn, Members have the use of FamilySearch 
  

• A large range of microform is also available including the International Genealogical Index, which contains over 150,000,000 names; Birth's, Deaths & Marriages Indexes for Victoria. These are just some of the resources available at the Blackburn Family History Centre.
