The concert took place in conjunction with the Oakleigh City Band, another local community performing group. The program included items for choir and organ, for brass band alone and some well known songs for choir, brass band and audience participation.

Hear music from this concert "In Paradisum" mp3 [667KB] This concert featured the well loved Requiem - Faure, and the Mass in C (Sparrow Mass) - Mozart.Soloists were Ann Parsons (soprano), Christina Ruth Panaccio (mezzo soprano), Michael Lapina (tenor) , David Eckstein (Bass). Soloists and choir were supported by organist David Ratnanayagam and a small orchestra under the leadership of Ashley Wood.

Choral items were supported by Robyn Sorensen (piano), Judy Sargent (organ) and a brass quartet under the leadership of Carmello Puglisi.
Performing the Mass in C (Mozart) at the Auburn Uniting Church, Oxley Road, Hawthorn
Monash Chorale was invited to partcipate in this Salvation Army Waverley Temple concert on Saturday 16 November 2002. The choir contributed items along with the Temple Brass Band and other performing groups and soloists.
