By becoming a member of the CFS/ME Society of Victoria, you will be assured of having access to all the services we provide to our members. You will also be joining with others, just like yourself, to make a difference.
Membership Application:
You can download a Membership Application form in Microsoft Word 97 format. Print that form, fill it out and mail it with your payment to the Society at the address on top of the form.If you do not have Microsoft Word, a viewer for Word documents is available free from the following links:

Membership renewal falls on the 1st of July each year.
Payment can be made by cheque or credit card, by phone, fax or mail, as detailed on the form. Unfortunately, electronic payment is not available.
