Some useful forms

Trip Booking Form (aka Ride Sheet) - the ride leader is responsible for ensuring that every rider fills in their details on this form. Return to the touring secretary after the ride

Rail Subsidy Claim Form - used by ride leaders to claim back a subsidy for VLine rail travel from the club. This form automatically calculates the correct subsidy. Return to the treasurer for reimbursement.

Incident Report Form - to be filled out by leaders and returned to the touring secretary if there are any reportable incidents (such as injuries, contact with emergency services, etc) on a ride

Ride Leader Guidelines - this documents the responsibilities of the ride leader when in the role of "Ride leader" and when in charge of a group of riders from the club.

Ride Leader First Aid sheet - this guide outlines some of the possible illnesses and injuries commonly sustained by bicycle riders. It offers advice in managing those situations should they occur on an MBTC ride.
