Staff in an institution have to deal with patients with a number of mental problems; Beanbag who lies in a beanbag all day, Kelly who needs to say just one more thing, and Norman who wants to go on a bus trip. The staff are soon shown to be little saner than their charges which creates an explosive situation with tragic consequences.
