Conditions
1. Swim Vic. Rules and Regulations strictly enforced. We will apply for this meet to be approved as a qualifying meet. In order
to achieve this, your assistance as time-keepers may be required.
2. The meet will be conducted under the rules of Swimming Australia Limited and Swimming Victoria Inc.
3. Entry fee of $10.00 for each entry ($9.50 per electronic entry) must be paid on lodgement. Cheques payable to ESSENDON
DISTRICT AQUATIC Inc. Payments via credit card incur a .50 cent transaction fee per entry.
5. Entries on SV entry forms (non-SV event) available at here.
Please fill contact details & address. Note the Swimming Victoria administration fee of $5.00 for paper entries does NOT apply to this meet.
6. Swimmers registration number to be marked on all entries. Competitors Age will be taken as at 25th July 2010.
7. All events to be run on a Time Trial basis. Medals will be awarded for the top three place getters in each
event.
8. We will endeavour to post a timeline on the websites from Thurs July 22nd. The event organisers reserve the right to bring
forward events and sessions and change the program where appropriate.
9. The Club reserves the right to cancel or alter events.
10. Spectators entry free. Programs $5.00
11. No late or phone entries will be accepted.
