In 1991 women from Bitola region decided to form a section which would bring them closer. They started meeting regularly. Their friendship and concern for community welfare led them to organize activities which improved quality of life of their families and people around them. Their lively dinner dance evenings kept the spirit of the homeland.
Ladies Section
The chairing team of the Ladies Section consists of Sofka Markovska, Evgenija Petrovska, Lena Girovska, Leta Velinski and Vera Cvetkovska. The ladies of this section are subscribers to the Magazine "Makedonija - the Illustrative Magazine of Matica Makedonska". They were quite thrilled when the magazine brought an article on the Ladies Section written by their Leta Velinski and a photography of their team.
