The MAD Executive
The Executive Committee, colloquially known as "the exec", essentially runs the Club. Generally, the Executive meets on a monthly basis and plans and organises club events. Members of the Executive staff the Club Office and each has their own portfolio to maintain throughout the duration of their term. Additionally, all Executive members are there to assist Club members and may be approached to help with any queries or problems members may have. They can be contacted at the addresses below or via the MAD office.
Minutes of Executive meetings for 2002 are available here, and will be updated as soon as possible after each meeting.
The MAD Constitution can be read online, or downloaded in Word format.
Minutes of the 2002 Special General Meetings in May and August, and the Annual General Meeting in September, can be read here, as can the reports of the President, Secretary and Treasurer for 2002.
The Executive is elected at the previous year's Annual General Meeting and consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and seven members elected without portfolios (which are later allocated by the President). The Annual General Meeting for 2002 was held on Monday September 2. The 2003 Executive, which was elected at this meeting, is listed here.
In 2002, the Executive Committee is comprised as follows:
