    Launching Place Fire Brigade has around 30 members, who are all volunteers and give up their own time to help the community.  Every two years all brigade members vote on an executive, with is composed of one Captain, three Lieutenants, a Communications Officer and a Secretary.  The executive are elected to help run the brigade both on and off the fire ground, and each position has an area of responsibility.  All brigade members are able to stand for the positions described and hold that position for a term of two years.  Below is a diagramatic representation of the brigade structure (helmet colours represent position).
