This is the Home Page of the ROTARY CLUB OF LILYDALE
The Rotary Club of Lilydale is an active Club in the Lilydale and Yarra Valley area. Lilydale is located on the fringe of the Melbourne metropolitan area situated on the northern end of the Dandenong Ranges in the Yarra river valley. The Yarra valley is famous for its wine and is increasingly attracting many visitors to the area. We hold the Lilydale Farmers Market the 1st Sunday of every month next to Lilydale Lake, Swansea Rd., Lilydale. You will be made most welcome if you choose to visit our Club.
The Club has always been very supportive of Youth Programmes. We currently have an Incoming Youth Exchange student and an Outgoing Youth Exchange student.
The
Club has initiated a Community Service Project that will provide ongoing
publicity for your Club, Rotary in general, while suppor
ting the "Help for
Wildlife Sign" sign program. It simply involves your Club purchasing a Help for Wildlife sign, with your
Club's name on the sign, and organizing the installation of the signs in your local area, or other areas of the State.
The sign provides a visual reminder that Rotary is active in
the community with the Rotary wheel adjacent to your
Club's name. Click on the "Help
for Wildlife Sign" webpage
on the left for more details.
Visitors are always made welcome at our meetings. Our meeting Venue is normally the "Morrison On The Park" Restaurant, (behind the Mt Evelyn Library), 50 Wray Crescent, Mt Evelyn. Venue Telephone: (03) 9737 1294 ( Melways Ref: Map 118 B12, Map 120 B1 )
