L.I.F.E. (Leaders In Fitness Education) for older adults is a non-profit organisation, based in Victoria, that supports leaders of group exercise and fitness classes for older adults. It was established in 1984 following the first course to train leaders in gentle exercise-to-music classes for older adults, initiated by the Department of Sport and Recreation in conjunction with Victorian Council of the Ageing (VCOTA).

L.I.F.E. continues to support people in the fitness industry and the community with its activities.

endorses group exercise classes conducted by qualified members of L.I.F.E.

maintains a register of exercise classes conducted by qualified L.I.F.E. leaders
