I come from Italy. I love to spend most of the time cooking in the kitchen. Every day I prepare different dishes. I learnt them when I was very young from my grandmother. I remember a special dish from her called risotto. Occasion: When is this dish served? This dish is served on the 10th of March because this is a feast day called 'Carnival'. |

rice bolognese sauce salami (home made) eggs mozzarella parmesan cheese |
Boil the rice for ten minutes, and put in a baking pan. Cover with bolognese sauce, salami, boiled eggs, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Put into the oven for fifteen minutes, and it is ready to serve. Grandmother never forgot the day she taught me risotto. I told her that I would love to carry on with this traditional dish. |
