Polish Salad

 

 

Ingredients

Method

2 potatoes 

2 carrots 

2 sprigs parsley 

1 egg 

2 sour cucumbers 

1 small onion or leek 

1 tin green beans 

½ jar mayonnaise 

2 tablespoons mustard 

salt & pepper

Cook potatoes, carrots and parsley until they become soft, about half an hour. 

Boil egg for 10 minutes. 

Cut up all the ingredients very finely, then combine everything in a large bowl. 

To give more flavour, you must add 2 tablespoons of mustard, a pinch of salt & pepper, and mayonnaise. 

Mix again and serve.
