The Lakes Entrance Family History Resource Centre undertakes research on behalf of
enquirees subject to the following arrangements:
An
initial research request requires a non-refundable minimum fee of $11 inc
GST
payable in advance.Photocopying
and postage will be charged on completion of the search.
Research
in excess of the first hour will be charges at $11 per hour inc GST plus
photocopying (20c a sheet) and postage.
In
order to gainthe best possible
result for your search as much information as possible should be supplied to
assist our research officer in processing your enquiry.
If
the Resource Centre is unable to assist you, we will, as far as possible,
direct you to other sources of information.
As
a condition of undertaking research on your behalf, the Resource Centre
seeks your permission to retain a copy of the research for inclusion in its
library resources.
Please
note our opening hours are Mondays 1pm – 5pm and Saturday 1pm – 5pm, so
if you have left a phone message or email, it will be replied to as early as
possible.
