Purpose of Course:
An introduction to the ancient art of Tai Chi, combining mind and body in a gentle form of exercise.  Tai Chi facilitates and encourages concentration and focus on the immediate situation, aiding relaxation, while the gentle exercise may also aid the loosening-up of stiff joints.

Prior knowledge required:
None.

Equipment required:
None, although it is generally advisable to wear loose-fitting clothing and comfortable footwear.
