Our usual trip into Richmond heights (Kew). A good map enabled the slow runners to complete it in about 1 hour . Even without the map, you dont go running into loops of the Yarra River - unless you are expecting to swim across to short cut. The runners took about 1 1/2 hours. Our visitor from New Zealand, Princess, described it as a bloody good run  Score 12.9/13.
Food provided by E&B = rated by Flem as 11/13 - sucking up to bosses wife.
 
Visitor - Princess from Nelson, New Zealand  -  (no relation to Prince).

Sergeant for the day  - Cheesecake.
Charges:-
    Cooch - having trail overlapping? - "outtrails = entrails" - or described as an "inny/outy".
    Di - asking "is he your husband?" after hearing Codpiece talking to Sooty.
    Sooty, Pointy & Princess - having the earth move for them (earthquake).
    Prince - wanted a sleeveless tshirt for winter - to suntan arms.
    ShitOffaShovel - not knowing the difference between long/short/sleeveless Tshirt.
    Cooch - having a shadow board which the tools dont fit - except for the "body saw"
    LotsaFun - "I've never been over this bridge before" - Its the same one we always use to go to and from Richmond Heights.
    Princess - "Is this a tributory of the Yarra?"
    ShitOffaShovel - "A good solid 10km  run!" - it would have been only if you did it twice
    CodPiece - "My first student is now 56" - This makes Cheesecake feel really young.
    LubangOz - Lost 4kg in one week - "The Doctor was cheaper than Jenny Craig"
    Codpiece + Holyshit - both been to Singapore.
    LotsaFun - "Nicky I'm tired".
    Princess - cant sing
    Klingon - wankerphone.
