Venue: The Elgin Inn Hotel, 75 Burwood Rd cnr of Elgin St, Hawthorn
The run went off towards Swinburne. There was a drink stop of Stones Green Ginger Wine. That was good, but we still had 8 km of the run to go. Somewhere about the 7 km mark we hit upon the out trail. Rather than do an endless loop, we went back to the pub.
There was nice upstairs room. Most got stuck into the $12 parmas.
Hare got down down for run.
Returnees Shit off a Shovel, Twisted Sister. Bare Necessity.
New runner, Charles.
Old Bore got a charge for doing a charge with right names.
GG wanted to get Charkes' shoe off - did not succeed, but had some
other incomprehensible charge.
Prince was sergeant and charged the sergeant for missing charges.
Linda was carrying a torch for somene extra.
Bare Necessity was charged as India got just one medal, which is .0000%
of what they ought, on a per capita basis.
There was probably some other things that happened, but no-one took
notes.
