	Part of request in 1869 to add area west of Powlett St "as site for public baths". The area is estimated as about 6 acres. A temporary reservation was approved on 12 July 1869, with the proviso that the portion of Powlett St betwwen this area and the existing Botanic Gardens not be closed.
