Drinking fountain, built in 1902 using a bequest of £60 from Isaac Smith, a Spring Hill farmer who owned and worked the Radnor Flour Mills. It is situated close to where the swings were at that time, where Mr Smith used to often watch the children play. It is made of bluestone, freestone and marble. The marble shield bears the inscription "A bequest of the late Isaac Smith to the citizens of Kyneton". Note the different top sections, as a result of repairs for vandalism in 1972.
